The machine in 3D
Stage, gantry, optical head, galvo field and camera field of view are generated from the machine description file, with axis positions coming from the engine. A different machine file gives a different scene, with no separate modelling.
The 3D view is about 2 MB, so it does not autoload on phones or with reduced motion. One click and it is here.
It runs in the browser (three.js) and is a separate pipeline from the camera images your algorithms consume: those are rendered analytically by the engine and are reproducible byte for byte. The 3D view is for human eyes only.
